I think it was very poetic that in her last moments, Bev the self proclaimed most virtuous, clawed and begged for safety like a coward, while the Flynns who did absolutely no wrong accepted their fate and shared their last moments with their loved ones and praising god. Couldn't help but noticing that everybody refers to the winged vampire creature as an angel only because Father Paul does it on screen. The writers couldn't have known in beforehand, but they counted on it an scripted it and it worked! It worked on a metaplane also, because we viewers also would go on and call it an angel even if it was a vampire and hence closer to being a demon. Most Scary scene in my life.

All of the realistic gun things aside, the only thing that annoys me about this show is how every single person the main giy fights apparently has no idea how to shoot an accurate shot, most of the time they limp wristedly aim (not really a problem in this scene since the dude is shot) but jesus it's like eberhone he fights against has no idea how to even aim a gun

Movie is the closest to Max Payne I’ve ever seen

Loved this series excellent in every rspect the writing and acting were top tier the action and drama better than any Hollywood action movie of the past 30 years . Aussie TV production like this are really really good and have been for years , when I see auusie productions and actors anywhere I always check it out and so far have had no disappointments .

I normally would say *'Nobody would be stupid enough to challenge someone to a wild west style duel like that without noticing the other guy's hand is concealed'* but these guys were coked off their ass & drunk out of their mind. I didn't fully understand why they came at Ray. The drug run went south due to the campers being killed, and Ray got frustrated at him for panicing. Was that the reason?

All of the fights in the series are well paced they seem believable. That scene where the bikies ambush him and they end up in a physical fight is grotesque. I did like this series, but the lead is a bit too relatable to us in their 40s. Not the hitman stuff but the themes of depression, family trauma and not speaking about how you feel.
